Look at me go, I followed through with what I said I was going to do, which is updating on my wellness stuff! I’ve got pictures and everything, go me!
Anyway, with regards to wellness, it was a meh week. I don’t know why I find it so difficult to go to the gym for 30 minutes. As they say, you prioritize your time, so whatever you spend time on is what’s important to you and apparently gym time is not important and I need to find a way to motivate myself into making it more important.
I play games, I also work on graphics for my Twitch channel and various social media. Then there’s all my planning, and of course family history research. It’s a lot of sitting down, it’s a lot of things I devote my time to, and most days I put off the gym like “I’ll go tomorrow” and then tomorrow comes and I just procrastinate it again. But the thing is with procrastination at least you wind up doing it. I still haven’t done that. Ugh.
I use the Erin Condren Wellness Log, which I love! You can find out more about it in my review post!
As you can see, I didn’t go to the gym at all, and I made questionable food decisions. It’s too tempting to just get takeout, if the dishes I need are dirty, if the kids have stressed me the hell out, if I’m exhausted (last week was also a feminine problem week, so I was stressed and fatigued), and that’s just a recipe for disaster.
So, on the menu this week so far is a chicken and veggie skillet, and Crockpot chicken spaghetti. I do groceries twice per week, so I don’t know what I’m doing for the last half of the week with regard to dinners, but I’m gonna try to incorporate more vegetables.
As always, I’ll update on my progress daily (when possible) on my Fitness Instagram account (which is now public), and do a full write up next Monday for how this week went. Wish me luck, and I hope that you are nailing your wellness/fitness goals!
