Time to Review – Week 5

I completely forgot to type up my check in on Wednesday! ARGH! Well, today I’m reviewing my fifth week!

I slacked at the end with regard to workouts, and I’m not gonna lie or make up any excuses. I simply slacked. Food wise I did have more days around 2,000 or more than I’d like to have. So, I guess I could compare it to taking two steps forward and one back. I didn’t fall all the way back, but I did fall a little.

So this week starts a new 28 day jumpstart, and I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna keep doing these jumpstart programs, and I’m not gonna stop. I’m gonna reprint my paperwork for it, and keep working towards everything. So, I WILL see you on Wednesday for my check in! ❤
