I’m midway into week 3 of my program now, and it’s getting easier to roll through days where I haven’t been at my best, eating-wise.
I’m getting stronger and faster with each visit to the gym. Yesterday, I clocked my fastest mile – 11:13 – and when I started, a mile was anywhere from 13-15 minutes. My speed, once in the 4 mph area has improved to 5 mph.
Food can still be a struggle from time to time. On the upside, I’m eating breakfast every single day, something I never really did except once in a blue moon. So I’m not starving by the time lunch rolls around. Evening eating still presents an issue, but I’m doing better with it.
