This week I’m already starting to see a break in motivation. I knew it was coming, figured it would be soon. Not really in a sense of working out, because I’m good in that area. I still manage to go workout.
My issues with food are returning. Snacking is coming back, and while I’m being decent with what I snack on, it’s how much I’m snacking. So I really need to focus the rest of the week on controlling that.
Other than that, I’m really chugging along. Expect to see some planner-related posting as my new planner arrives tomorrow, and I’m so excited to share it!
